If you feel that your conversation did not meet your expectations, you may qualify for a credit to your account as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee. This credit can be used on future sessions and is limited to a maximum of $25.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is available once every 30 days, for conversations you’ve had in the past 72 hours. Credits are issued to your Zodiac account and promotional funds may not be eligible for reimbursement.
Simply fill out our refund form and indicate "Satisfaction Guarantee", and funds will be refunded to your account shortly.
