What do I do if a technical issue interrupted my reading?

If you experience a technical issue that affects your reading, our system will not charge you for this session. 


If there was a technical issue on our end - you will not be charged for the session.


If you encountered a bug or glitch that interfered with your reading, please report it here and we'll investigate right away.

All refund requests are investigated by our Customer Support team on a case-by-case basis strictly followed by our refund policy here.
