Simply fill out our refund form and indicate "Satisfaction Guarantee" here, and funds will be refunded to your account shortly.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is available once every 30 days, for conversations you’ve had in the past 72 hours. Refunds are issued in credits and promotional funds may not be eligible for reimbursement.
