In-chat services - APP | How do I add in-chat services?

Now you can sell additional services during a chat reading, such as chakra balancing, candle burning, mediation, aura cleansing, and so much more. Show off your esoteric expertise and expand your business beyond basic chat and call sessions. Set up is super easy. 

Before you get started, make sure you’re logged into your advisor account. If you don’t see the “Items for Sale” option, email support@zodiacpsychics.com to see if you’re eligible to enable this feature.

STEP 1: Click “Items for sale”

STEP 2: Click “Add First Service”

STEP 3: Add a title and photo. 

Give a name to your service. This is where you get to be creative and showcase your talents. Almost any of your skills, methods and abilities can be transformed into a service that adds emotional and financial value to a reading. Some services currently offered by advisors include: chakra cleansing, energy balancing, house blessing spell, negative energy removal, meditation for wealth, reiki treatment. The possibilities are virtually endless!

Tap the camera icon to add a photo. If you want a great image to include, try image sites like www.unsplash.com and www.pixabay.com, which offer tons of free high-resolution photos relating to a wide range of topics. You can also choose from our preset photos.

Once you’re ready, click “Add Service” to submit.

STEP 4: Wait for approval. Our customer service agents will review your submission and update the status to “Approved” or “Rejected”. To make changes, click “Edit”. Once the service is “Approved”, you’ll be able to start selling it to your customers.
