Adding a profile video let's customers know who you are and what you can do for them.
Videos should be:
- 30-60 seconds in length
- Filmed in 16:9 widescreen format (also known as landscape orientation)
- High-resolution video but less than 300mb
- Formats: MP4, MPEG, WEBM, AVI
Once you’ve filmed your video, send it to support@zodiacpsychics.com using www.wetransfer.com, a free file sharing platform that requires no signup. You can also email us a link to your video on an online platform like Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, OneDrive and send the link to support@zodiacpsychics.com.
If your video meets the required specs, we’ll add some Zodiac Psychics branding to it and upload it to your profile.
