Phone Number | How do I add or edit my phone number?

If you are on our website, login to your advisor account, then click on "Settings" and click on the "General" tab.

From there, you can add your phone number or edit it. You have to choose your country code first and then enter your phone number. As soon as you have added or edited your phone number, click on the "Save Changes" button. 

You will receive an SMS verification code on your mobile. Once you receive it, you need to type this code to confirm the phone number has been verified successfully.

Whenever you need to verify your phone number, you can do it by clicking on the "Verify" link below your phone number.

IMPORTANT! Make sure your voicemail off!

If your voicemail is on, we'll have to deactivate the calling feature for the safety of you and your customers. A customer could gain personal information about you through your voicemail message or may leave personal information about themselves. 

This violates the rules of our platform and keeps you from boosting your business with calling. Always double-check that your voicemail is off before you log on to receive calls.
