I have a coupon and it's asking me to top up!

There are 3 reasons why you may get a notification telling you to top up your account before using a coupon:


  1. You have already used the maximum number of consecutive coupons allowed.

  2. If it is a discount coupon, you must have a credit on your account so the discount can be applied to the total amount you have to pay.

  3. You have credit but it is not enough for two minutes of reading.


When you get a notification telling you to top up before using a coupon it means that your discount limit has been reached.

In order to use the coupon, kindly add funds to your Zodiac balance and have at least one paid session. After that, you will once again be able to use free minute coupons.
