Chats | How do I receive chats from customers?

Once you log in, customers can start reading with you via chat or call, depending on what you have enabled.


You can only log in to either the website or the app, not both at the same time. You must remain logged in to a single device, such as a smartphone or desktop.


If a customer initiates a chat, a pop-up screen will appear to alert you. Follow the screen prompts to connect with your customer.


To receive chats without issue from a desktop or laptop computer, press F5 approximately every 30 minutes to let the system know you're still online. If using a smartphone or tablet, you'll need to touch the screen if you've been inactive for more than 25 minutes. Also, make sure you are on the most recently updated version of the app.
