How does the reply feature work?

To reply to a specific message in your chat session on the web, simply click the message you want to reply to, and a reply button will appear. In addition, you have the option to send replies to messages that include images.

For the app, hold down the message you want to reply to, and a reply button will appear.

Click on the reply button, type your response in the chat box, and hit send. Your reply will then appear below the message you're responding to. You can reply to any message in the chat session, including text messages, attachments, and images.
